Those that do not possess an inherent talent for magic struggle with even the basics. To become a master of this magic allows the mage to create brilliant stars and miniature cosmic events.

Fire magic is extremely ineffectual dealing 2 Ranks Less Damage than the spell cast. Light Magic would deal 1 rank lower damage than the spell cast, blinding effects are ineffectual against users of this magic, Gravity Magic is not as effective as the spell would dictate Gravity magic would be one rank less effective and can only hinder them half of what the spell would against somebody with no resistance.
